Welcome to the AAF Collection blog! This is a new feature of the collection’s website.
I combined the former Help page, About page, and Keep ’em Flying memorial page into a series of blog posts. I hope the new format helps you easily find what interests you. You can use the Search box (top, right) to find all posts that mention a given keyword. Or, click on a Category to see all posts associated with a given category. The Category box is in the column to the right, then scroll down. Likewise the Tag Cloud box shows the relative frequency of certain keywords associated with each post. The more posts with a given tag, the larger the tag appears.
Most importantly, the blog format allows you to leave a comment. I hope you will add your own opinion and wisdom in response to my posts, so everyone can benefit.
From time to time, I will highlight particular items in the AAF Collection. And, I’m always interested in adding the biographies of veterans who served in the Army Air Forces. If you want to tell your story, or that of a loved-one, please contact me.
