Wow....... Seeing this issue of Bombigator reminded me that I have this issue in my papered archives and an additional 26 copies of the Bombigator bi monthly magazine. I was prevlidged to have accsess to them and make copies of the 27 issues.
I have copies of 4 issues from 1943, 17 issues from 1944 and 6 issues from 1945 the last being June 25,,(,A few weeks after D day)
If anyone has interest in obtaining information from the contents of these periodicals, just ask,,,, I will gladly see if I have any information they are seeking,

My father was on the cover of the Bombigator Magazine, Vol 2 #1 dated 9/15/44. Is there any way I could get a copy of this magazine? We have a photocopied print of the cover, but I would love to get the actual magazine. Thank you very much for any help you might be able to give me on my quest.

Best regards,

PEGGY

There is now a great new Facebook page that pertains to the CARLSBAD ARMY AIR FIELD. It has great information and is being added to on a continuous basis. The link is facebook Carlsbad Army Air Field Wall PHOTOS.
I, for one, am sharing with all who might ne interested, photos and excepts from some of the 29 Bombigator magazines that I have in my collection. Also being shared are many photos of items in my private collection such as yearbooks, bulletins, matchbook covers, epherma and artifacts from the various bases throughout New Mexico.
