This book belonged to Carl R. Lofquist of Mayetta, pictured on page 54.

This item features a "one way ticket to hell" where the newly graduated cadet can fill in his name. This is in response to the April 22, 1943 report of Japan's statement that every American flyer participating in future bombing raids on Japan has a one-way ticket to hell.
