I found Lawrence H. McGinnes, student in Class 44-E at Pecos Army Air Field, who graduated in May 1944. He was killed in action on 10 April 1945 while serving with the 487th Bomb Group in Europe. He was lost on a mission to bomb the German airfield at Briest, Germany, the base of Me 262 jet fighters (MACR 14196).
