My father 1st. Lt. William B. Firman graduated class 43-9 June,23,1943 . I have his class book , blue leather bound invitation to ceremony along with a pamphlet from SAAAF School . His A2 Jacket , DFC , Air Medal w/ silver OLC , EAME w/ 4 brz. Battle Stars Congressional Gold Medal . He Navigated 39 night lone plan B24 Secret low level missions into France as air arm of OSS 801st/492nd. BG. CARPETBAGGERS .
