"To all Radar Observers, Bombardment: Although still in the stage of rapid development, radar scope photography has increased the dependability and accuracy of every phase of the radar mission from planning to evaluation. In radar navigation, bombing, and maintenance, radar scope photographs provide valuable data for action. Properly used, this data can contribute greatly to the success of every mission."
