Richard J. Orlemanski of Erie, Pennsylvania is pictured in this book on the page labeled 'Student Officers'. He went on to serve as an aerial gunner (tail gunner) on the crew of Lt Robert L. Root in the 836th Bomb Squadron, 487th Bomb Group, at Lavenham England.
